Welcome to the blog for the legally inclined
Love it or hate it – social media has made a huge impact on all our lives!
As often happens, the law is struggling to keep up with changes brought about by large scale social media use. This blog will explore recent cases and laws which broadly relate to social media. It will also document the author’s research journey. Julia is undertaking a PhD (I) relating to improving tertiary student engagement by using social media in her teaching practices.
